We'll be accepting a selection of tickets from businesses and organisations with commercial Oracle, JBoss, and Apache deployments, and handing those tickets over to our middleware specialists who will then propose best practice advice and guidance on strategies to support those tickets.

These clinics are designed for anyone who is responsible for application infrastructure in their organisation, and who is considering augmenting their in-house team with a specialist support partner. The challenges we can help with will typically be one or more of the following:

The clinics are designed to give you an experience of working with our support team as a specialist service provider. By looking at a specific production ticket or issue that you're currently facing, we can provide a consultation not only on that particular issue, but also use it as the touch point for a broader discussion on an infrastructure support strategy appropriate to your business or organisation.

The consultation call will not only offer you the opportunity to discuss the ticket in question, but will provide you with the chance to ask questions of our Head of Support about best-practice in infrastructure support.
A Note on Clinic Availability: Although we're running technology-specific clinics every two weeks or so to manage workload, if you miss a particular window, don't worry, we'll still take the ticket and hand it over to one of our team.
