JBoss Fuse support

Supporting complex integrations

Whilst JBoss Fuse presents organisations with an ideal platform to integrate both new and legacy Java products within a service oriented architecture, supporting potentially complex and eclectic integrations not only requires extensive expertise across the middleware stack, but a highly bespoke service tailored to the specific needs of the business.

For organisations whose business relies on a potentially complex architecture of disparate applications, processes and services, JBoss Fuse is a stand-out choice as a platform for business transformation through modular integration.

As long-standing Red Hat partners, and with genuine expertise in the open source Java products that underpin JBoss Fuse, our middleware consultancy team has helped numerous clients realise the true potential of a Fuse implementation. It is this experience of working in complex and demanding commercial environments, and our understanding of real-world JBoss Fuse deployments that is so highly valued by our clients.

Experts in JBoss Fuse

Our bespoke support services are founded on a deep-seated understanding of how clients have deployed JBoss Fuse in their business operations, and an unparalleled expertise in the open source component products that underpin it.

Whatever challenges your in-house team is facing, our experience of working with Apache Camel, Apache CFX, ActiveMQ, Apache Karaf and Fabric8 enables our support engineers to investigate and resolve even the most complex performance issues.

As a result of having c2b2 middleware support in place, and expert consultants available on call, CNS has seen an increase in our availability, and an improvement in the stability of CNS service products. We’re now able to provide the service that is expected by our customers by utilising a reliable and secure middleware environment.

On-boarding Health Check

Our integrated approach is designed for clients committed to maintaining the highest operational performance standards – part of a strategic middleware partnership that goes far beyond the help-desk.

The service begins with a comprehensive architectural health check performed by a senior JBoss consultant and SOA expert. Typically lasting between two and five days, this discovery engagement will assess the environments to be supported, examine the business operations, and result in a comprehensive report which then forms the basis of a service roadmap. Using this roadmap, c2b2 will work with you to ensure your JBoss Fuse infrastructure performance is as stable as possible.

Being an integrated and in-house team, our senior JBoss consultants work closely with the support engineers. It is this partnership that is so important to our JBoss Fuse clients, ensuring that our engineers have first-hand knowledge of the architecture - and allowing them to deliver a completely bespoke service.
