Our UK-based consultancy team have years of experience working on demanding production environments across a range of private and public-sector organisations.

As experts in administrating, managing, and troubleshooting middleware, we understand how to investigate middleware configuration issues, and we know how to tailor configuration to meet the specific needs of your application architecture.

HOW WE CAN HELP

  • Troubleshoot business-critical live issues
  • Support your in-house team with genuine middleware expertise
  • Overcome inherent limitations of out-of-the-box product configuration
  • Bridge the gap between development and production configuration
  • Ensure your next project is production-ready
OUR APPROACH

Depending on the complexity of the issues being faced, system accessibility, and the scope of the work required, it is possible to deliver these engagements remotely, but for most middleware configuration reviews, we recommend an on-premises approach.

Typically, the review will take between three and five days, and be performed by one of our principal consultants.

  • Initial discovery call with a c2b2 principal consultant
  • Full discovery with in-house team
  • Identify root-causes of live issues and potential risks
  • Proposals for resolution / optimisation
  • Delivery of recommendations
  • Comprehensive report of engagement and results
After being concerned whether we'd find anyone able to provide solutions specific to our infrastructure, c2b2's input over the three days was hugely valuable, and the in-house team have taken up many of recommendations made in the report. Everyone’s feedback was that this was an extremely useful document, and that Alan's contribution was a good one. Not only did the launch go extremely well, supporting the platform was a far easier task for the team.
