We provide in-depth consultancy and managed services around the common enterprise Java middleware stacks from the leading vendors and open source communities including Red Hat, Oracle, VMWare/SpringSource and Apache. Our consultants regularly speak at international conferences, and provide consultancy and thought leadership to some of the best known companies worldwide.

Due to our continued growth plans, C2B2 are currently looking to expand their middleware consulting team. We are looking for dynamic, quick thinking people with a background in enterprise Java, who want to join our team of world-class consultants. Successful candidates will have a number of years experience working with enterprise Java application servers (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Glassfish etc), have good written and spoken English,strong presentation skills, and be willing to travel to work with clients in the UK, Europe and worldwide.

Skills

To apply you should have 3+ years experience in some of the these technologies;

• JBoss Middleware either Community or Enterprise
• Oracle Fusion Middleware including WebLogic, Coherence, OSB and OBPM.
  
• VMWare middleware including TCServer, GemFire, RabbitMQ, Hyperic
• Open Source Middleware especially Apache Tomcat, ActiveMQ, Camel, CXF, Service Mix
• JEE 5
• Java
• NoSQL including Hadoop, HBase, Cassandra.
• RDBMS including Oracle, MySQL, PostGres
• Linux
• Windows

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a generous salary, car allowance, pension, profit related bonus, share options and 25 days holiday a year.

You will be based from home working on customer sites throughout the UK, USA and Europe.

Due to our continued growth plans, We are looking for entrepreneurial sales people to expand our field sales team to drive growth and promote the business. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can drive the full sales cycle from lead generation, through consultative selling to close.This is a great opportunity to join a small forward looking business at an early stage in our development and the potential is there to make a real difference to the company and define your own role.

Skills

To apply you should have 3+ years sales experience in some of the following areas;

• Experience in the technology industry and a passion for technology
  
• Experience selling consultancy services to FTSE 250 organisations
  
• Experience selling managed services especially around technology deep support.
• Experience in selling software licenses especially as a reseller
• Solution selling experience working with customers to understand their needs and proposing packages of services to benefit their business.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical and business people about technical solutions.
• Strong ability to forecast sales pipeline
